Eric, co-owner of Thomas Philips Woodworking, has been creating impeccably crafted cabinetry and millwork for nearly 20 years, following a passion that first developed while growing up in Victoria. His innate talent and dedication to flawless results led to earning his Red Seal Ticket at BCIT in joinery, as well as 13 Gold CARE Awards with Thomas Philips Woodworking. From the design process and construction, to the quality of product and customer service, Eric believes every single aspect of a job—no matter how small—is vitally important.

Tristan Bradley has been with Thomas Philips Woodworking since 2012, and is proud to be a part of a team that adheres to the highest standards of quality. Growing up in Seymour Arm, a small interior BC town on Shuswap Lake, Tristan became interested in woodworking while working with his father and uncle, building and finishing cabins on the lake, as well as boats and hovercrafts. He loves working with his hands, and uses his experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Joiner to craft, problem solve, and create work to be proud of.

Julia Rego
DID | Designer

Before pursuing the world of Interior Design, Julia got her Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and since 2014 has designed and built a variety of products for local manufacturing businesses. In 2019 she decided to formally bring the creative and artistic elements to her design work by adding a Diploma in Interior Design to her professional focus.
It is this unique range of expertise and experiences that enable her to approach design with a holistic perspective, blending the technical aspects with the creative. At Thomas Philips, Julia works with clients and colleagues to understand their goals and to design spaces that are both functional and aesthetically captivating; she looks forward to bringing your vision to life!
When Julia is not designing, she can be found in the ballet studio, riding her motorcycle, engrossed in fantasy fiction, or tending to her cat’s whims.
